Hinman is supporting current project design efforts, providing physical security and blast protection for the new $180 million, 150,000 square foot Community Living Center and Community - Based Outpatient Clinic in San Joaquin County, California. Final design of the VA Livermore Realignment & Closure project will include a combination of prescriptive and performance - based solutions to address site perimeter security, protection of critical utilities located with the campus’ Central Plant, and protection of facility occupants and assets in the event of a natural disaster or manmade attack.

Hinman is supporting current project design efforts, providing engineering consulting services related to physical security and blast protection in accordance with the VA Physical Security Design Manual.

Additionally, a new $60 milli on Life - Safety Protected Community Based Outpatient Clinic will be constructed in Alameda County, CA. This new clinic will provide approximately 80,000 GSF of new medical and office space. Hinman is supporting current project design efforts, providing engineering consulting services related to physical security and blast protection in accordance with the VA Physical Security Design Manual.
